Template statements and remittances are provided with the system and these can be fully customised for your company contact details, test and logo using SQL Server Reporting Services or Crystal Reports. Unlimited reports can be added to give you definable output formats for multiple companies and payment streams - cheques, BACS, statements and all forms of electronic media.
Accessible from an add-in menu in your finance system, ePrinter allows you to select the paylist or dates to be processed. Choose to send by email or fax and press Process to confirm the print summary an delivery details. Press Print and away they go. ePrinter talks to any standard SMTP mail server and does not require any particular mail client. Faxed documents are queued to the Windows Fax Console, which works with most modern Fax modems. A transmission report confirms the results of each process and items not successfully sent can be routed to the printer for posting.
Delivered documents are stored in the file system and can be linked automatically to their account using the file attachment facility. This allows you to view and reprint any item by drilling down to it directly from your finance system. Access can be given to non-finance users by publishing the pdf files on your network.
