According to the latest news announcements:
'Further to its announcement on 26 February 2008 regarding its intention to implement the procedures set out in sections 979 to 982 (inclusive) of the Companies Act 2006 to acquire compulsorily the remaining CODA Shares for which it has not received acceptances of the Offer, Agresso announces the despatch today of compulsory acquisition notices to the CODA Shareholders who have not accepted the Offer'
So, the takeover is proceeding apace.
To date there have been no announcements that we know of relating to the future of the CODA-Dream product.
